Returns Policy

Hey there, Gleami Gang! We totally want you to be happy with your purchase. If you get a product that's faulty, you can return it within 7 days, provided that the product is unused and in original condition!

 

1. Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, you can return it within 7 days, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.

 

2. Eligibility: Our quality team will give the thumbs-up for returns when they find the product is faulty upon inspection.

 

3. Unused Condition: Make sure that product hasn't been touched – we can't accept returns if it's been used, sorry!

 

4. Proof of Purchase: Don't forget your receipt or order confirmation – we need it for all returns.

 

5. Return Process: Reach out to hello@gleamionline.com within 7 days of getting your product, and we’ll walk you through the return process.

 

6. Exchange Only: We only do swaps– if you get a faulty product, we'll exchange it for the same thing!

 

7. Shipping Costs: If the item is faulty, we'll cover the shipping costs for returning the faulty product!

 

8. Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we can't take back non-faulty items, products returned after the 7-day period, or items without proof of purchase.
